Deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment time; they cannot be transferred or applied to future services. Life happens and I understand, but if you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, 50% of your service will be charged. If you do not show up for your appointment without contacting me, the full service amount will be charged.
