Daytime Skincare Routine

Protect and prepare your skin from

environmental exposure throughout the day​

1. Cleanser (Must-Have)

  • Why: Removes overnight impurities and excess oil, prepping the skin for subsequent products.

2. Toner and/or Face Mist (Nice-to-Have)

  • Why: Balances skin's pH and provides a base layer of hydration.

    • Wait Time: 30 seconds to 1 minute.

*can also be used throughout the day to refresh and hydrate the skin, especially in dry environments.

3. Antioxidant Serum (e.g., Vitamin C) (Must-Have)

  • Why: Protects against free radicals and environmental damage, brightens complexion.

    • Wait Time: 1 to 2 minutes.

4. Moisturizer (Must-Have)

  • Why: Hydrates and locks in previous layers, maintaining skin barrier function.

    • Wait Time: 1 to 2 minutes.

5. Eye Cream (Optional Enhancement)

  • Purpose: Addresses puffiness, dark circles, and fine lines around the eyes.

  • Application: Gently tap a small amount around the orbital bone using your ring finger.

    • Wait Time: Allow 1 minute for absorption.

5. Sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) (Must-Have)

  • Why: Shields skin from harmful UV rays, preventing premature aging and skin cancer.

    • Wait Time: Allow 15 minutes before sun exposure.

Nighttime Skincare Routine

1. Makeup Remover/Cleansing Oil

(Must-Have if wearing makeup)

  • Why: Dissolves makeup and sunscreen, preventing clogged pores.

    • Wait Time: Proceed to next step immediately.

2. Cleanser (Must-Have)

  • Why: Removes residual impurities and prepares skin for treatment products.

    • Wait Time: Apply immediately; no waiting required.

3. Exfoliant (2-3 times per week) (Nice-to-Have)

  • Why: Removes dead skin cells, promoting cell turnover.

    • Wait Time: 1 to 2 minutes.

4. Toner (Nice-to-Have)

  • Why: Restores pH balance and preps skin for serums.

    • Wait Time: 30 seconds to 1 minute.

5. Treatment Serum (e.g., Retinol, Peptides) (Must-Have)

  • Why: Targets specific concerns like aging, acne, or hyperpigmentation.

    • Wait Time: 1 to 2 minutes.

6. Eye Cream (Nice-to-Have)

  • Why: Hydrates and addresses fine lines or dark circles around the eyes.

    • Wait Time: 1 minute.

7. Moisturizer or Night Cream (Must-Have)

  • Why: Provides deep hydration and supports skin repair processes.

    • Wait Time: Apply as the final step; no waiting required.

Optional Enhancements:

  • Overnight Mask:

    • Purpose: Offers intensive treatment for specific concerns.

      • Application: Apply a thin layer over your moisturizer.

      • Frequency: 1-3 times per week, depending on skin needs.

      • Note: Leave on overnight and rinse off in the morning

  • Facial Oil: 

    • Purpose: Seals in moisture and provides additional nourishment.

      • Application: Apply a few drops after moisturizer or overnight mask.

      • Frequency: Daily or as needed, especially beneficial for dry skin
