Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. * A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total service. * Cancellations between 24 hours - 2 hours before a service will be charged 50% of the service total. * Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. *Memberships: You can cancel your membership anytime before your next billing date, no obligation, no questions asked. A one-time courtesy is available: All payments are non-refundable. If you’re charged a membership, cancellation or no-show fee and schedule an appointment within 3 days of the original service or charge date, your fee may be applied toward the scheduled visit; subject to availability. This option is limited to one use per client and cannot be extended beyond the 3-day window.
