Service Description
A personalized virtual skin consultation and routine update delivered directly to your inbox. This service is completed entirely through email and is ideal for sensitive skin, acne, hyperpigmentation, or anyone looking for expert support without booking a facial. After you book, you’ll receive a follow-up email with a short intake form, photo instructions, and space to share your current products and skin goals. Once submitted, you’ll get a detailed skin analysis, customized product recommendations, and a personalized routine within 72 hours. If you’d like to discuss your concerns in real time, a virtual video consult can be added for $20.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. * A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total service. * Cancellations between 24 hours - 2 hours before a service will be charged 50% of the service total. * Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. A one-time courtesy is available: If you’re charged a cancellation or no-show fee and reschedule your appointment within 3 days of the original service, your fee may be applied toward the rescheduled visit; subject to availability. This option is limited to one use per client and cannot be extended beyond the 3-day window.
